Coaching is done over the phone.  You call me at our agreed time and our sessions last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.  I don’t have a stop watch but will conclude our session at least 15 minutes before the next client is scheduled.  Is coaching effective by phone?  It is not only effective but it is the most effective.  You will feel safer and more comfortable.  You can even enjoy the added benefit of being coached in your fuzzy slippers or on a break from work which makes it a more accessible service from school or work.
